Designing a home configurator and admin portal for a large-scale home builder involves creating intuitive interfaces for both end-users customizing their homes and administrators managing the configurator and overseeing projects. Here's how I approached this project:

User Research and Requirements Gathering- Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders, home buyers, and administrators to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Identify key features and functionalities required for both the home configurator and admin portal.
- Design an intuitive and user-friendly interface for home buyers to customize their homes.
- Provide options for selecting floor plans, exterior finishes, interior finishes, fixtures, and optional upgrades.
- Incorporate 3D visualization and rendering capabilities to allow users to preview their selections in a realistic virtual environment.
- Ensure the configurator is responsive and accessible across different devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
